As someone who started playing guitar based solely on heavy metal and blues, these surf rock lessons are amazing. Totally different style and progressions. I absolutely love these videos and the way you have the chords/tab set up with the playing is perfect!

I was the ghost writer for the DC5 and wrote some of their earlier songs such as 'Mulberry bush', 'Doo Dah',' That's what I said', 'All of the time', No time to lose', 'Can I trust you', 'Sometimes' and a few other B sides and album tracks, also some of their hits such as 'Bit's and pieces', 'Anyway you want it', 'Thinking of you baby'. I mostly write in the key of C as it suits my voice. I wrote 'Because' in C using the first four chords as C/Abaug/Am/C7, but when I played it to Mike Smith C was too low for his voice so we transposed it to G. You made a fine job of this video, nice playing. Mike made a great job of singing it but my favourite version is the one made by Julian Lennon, he found something in my simple love song that most others missed, it's a wonderful version.

Plus melody and lyrics. Any songwriter worth his salt, would have been proud to have penned this number, pro or amateur!!! Clark put his name on it, but I've read on many notes, he was NOT it's writer. Anyone know who the author is, and what other tunes he penned?

Yeah I think so too. At that time, British music was more popular among Japanese young generation. Your guitar play is stunning. Besides also "Ventures" was so popular too. Their sounds represnted "Teke Teke Teke" This means a sound of electric guitar in Japanese.
