I’m pregnant with #3 and man was the first trimester tough. My husband owns his own construction business so unfortunately he had to work 10-12 hour days mon-fri. I had a very humbling moment throwing up into the toilet with both kiddos (18 months + autistic 3 year old) jumping on my back. 😂 Whenever I would make them lunch, I would have to run to the bathroom to throw up at least once. I remember thinking there is absolutely no way I’m going to survive this, but here I am, at 14 weeks and I did it. 😌❤️Im still getting mild nausea in the evenings, and also during the day if I don’t eat enough but I’m past the hardest part. I can now just look forward to welcoming another little blessing into my family and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Congratulations to you and your family. Babies are a wonderful blessing. Praying that everything goes well in your pregnancy as well. ❤

Love how you are modeling to your kids that it is important and okay to take care of yourself when you need it even when it may be frustrating others because they want you to be your self again. It’s so important for kids to see this self care and self love and I’m so inspired by how you say “Yes and I need to sit while doing it or lay down and accommodate for your needs. That’s such an important example. Go mama 🤩

I have 4 and it could have been me speaking in your video about feeling different, possibly done. To the point that I would start crying after he was born because part of me knew I wouldn't have more. But! by the time he was 1, I felt such a peace and happiness about moving on to the next stage! And you're right, it's not because it feels harder, its just a weird peace and knowing that we are done!

I'm currently expecting baby #4 and this pregnancy I feel like has been harder than my others. Just like you said, I am super thankful to be pregnant and am enjoying every minute of it, but it doesn't change the fact that it's hard. The first trimester certainly kicked my butt....Congratulations on your little blessing on the way.

I’m not pregnant but really enjoyed listening to this Becca, I have 3 kids 8 and under and I won’t lie, this video has left me caught feeling somewhere between being “done” with babies and very broody 😆 I will say, I had an anterior placenta for the first time with my 3rd baby and my midwife (over here in the UK) basically told me to disregard that info when it comes to feeling kicks, and to always get checked if I worried the baby was having a particularly quiet day and not just chalk it up to my placenta being at the front. I found it to be helpful advice. I also noticed the kicks did actually feel different too, I felt a lot of knees and feet strongly down the sides of my belly and never in the middle! We were actually convinced for a while that she was breech due to this, but thankfully a scan showed that she wasn’t and I had the homebirth that I had longed for Anyway I wish you all the best and look forward to any future updates x

Almost 9 weeks here, woke up in the middle of the night to puke. Since week 6 it has been really bad and I've been taking Doxylamin the whole time (I NEED it for sleep, but with the hormones my sleep has gotten even worse). Stomach only accepts white bread, ripe cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and ice tea - that's it. It hates my supplements. Been feeling a bit better for a few days and gotten excited to be a human again but noooo 😅 I've had the same experience, still, that adrenaline and distraction whilst travelling takes it away for that time. Congrats to you and a healthy baby 🍀

Can you go more into depth in regard to the lovenox injections? How did you do it with your 3rd pregnancy? Did they switch you over to Heparin at 36 weeks? Sorry for all the questions 😅 I have not been able to find a video on this. I have had 2 miscarriages and am pregnant currently and on lovenox injections. My obgyn says that he will recommend to induce me at 39 weeks and that my probabilities are much higher of having a c section due to the fact that there is a limited time frame that one is able to be off anticoagulants and the risk of a still birth. I know the overall goal is to have baby here, but I want to hear positive vaginal birth stories as well while on this blood thinner. He made it seem like it may not be a possibility for me.

I am 8 weeks with our 7th baby. Absolutely everything goes out the window for the first trimester. 😅 All I can stomach is pizza rolls, toast and pretzels. My kids were wondering what was wrong with me because I bought them cereal 😂 and water tastes like soap! For some reason drinking it ice cold out of a metal cup makes it drinkable.
