That pinky bathtub and greeny tiling is a freakin’ weird crusty fit 😂
@SuperJeremi104 жыл бұрын
Must have been a popular color choice. My grandmother's house had the same color in her bathroom green tile with pink bathtub oh and the tile floor and sink was also pink. And the counter was green tile counter. The kitchen had the same green tile.

Oof. That 60s green tile. At least it hides a little of the mildew.

What is the tool that you held up to the oil delay valve thats connected to your Keychain? It started spinning, I might get one

And he actually showers in there to get clean or does he just get just as dirty coming out as he was when he went in?
@KingStreetRob4 жыл бұрын
Think he has a bath. He said it just takes longer to fill the bath. With that water flow for a shower you would have to run around to work up a sweat in order to get wet enough for soap to actually work

Is that a magnet you hold up against the valve there? Spinning. Like a rotating magnetic field?

Farendloese yup, showing a magnetic field as the current flows through the coil.

Question: do the nozzles require yearly changing?
@erikj.20664 жыл бұрын
neonhomer as part of an annual service, yes the nozzle should be changed. They can both clog, and wear, causing issues with the spray pattern.

I worked on a tub faucet bad like that, I destroyed the outside chrome, but I got it off. I had to use a hammer with a pipe wrench to get it apart. I just replaced all the parts including the seat with a complete overhaul kit. It worked like new when done. It is however, a risk you could damage the pipes when wrenching on the chrome sleeve. I understand you not taking the risk, especially with the guy reluctant to change it if you break it trying to get it apart.

On Long Island, NY, all South Americans who speak little or no English, except the guy / owner who shows up to quote the job. They always strip the old roof shingles, new roof warranty requires it. I had two layers on my house when I bought it. They only replace bad wood, up to a certain amount is included in quote. I have 1 x 6 tongue and groove 1949 vintage, refuses to rot, unlike plywood.

Novice question here: Why can't the nozzle just be cleaned with acetone or whatever rather than replaced every year or so? Does the oil erode the brass?
@chrisgormley57514 жыл бұрын
The head can be cleaned but there is a screen on the opposite end. It the head is dirty, the screen is probably worse.when a head is dirty, it's best to change the nozzle because the screen is close to being clogged.

Same thought. Disaster and unusable kitchen, disaster bathroom, litter boxes everywhere, one-time use coolers piled up, can’t stop chatting... I think the poor guy has severe depression. Not a hoarder it seems. Just sad and lonely. I was annoyed until I saw the kitchen and several litter boxes, then I felt sad for him. (Nothing against cats, I have one myself).
