Nice review. I have 3 pairs of Beckett Simonon boots and a pair of their sneakers. Great company, outstanding customer service, and excellent quality for price. The fact that they are so environmentally conscious and take such good care of their employees is commendable. The downside is the 3 month wait period after ordering, but I appreciate the periodic updates during the production process which makes it more bearable.

@@GentlemansJourney I have the Medina, Nolan Brogue, and Preston Chelsea. I’m up to a boot rotation of 25+ pairs, so it’s unfortunate that I only get to pull them out about once a month. I can’t think of a better affordably priced boot for a dressier and smart causal look than Beckett Simonon. Keep the great content coming and looking forward the the review of the other BS boots you just got.

Haha glad you caught that, best moment in a video in a while! I had to do it twice to get the two camera angles 😝🤪😄 at any rate, the side panel is a thin layer of a pebble leather with the elastic elastic gussets. All waterproof! Cheers for watching! 🥾🥾

I’ll get on that this fall! I travel and sadly don’t have the Rossi boots with me. However, I’d go Redback personally. I like the outsole better! The leather is comparable and durability is equal too. Appreciate your boldness in Christ as well and I’ll be praying for that foot pain! 🥾🥾

Hello! Youve been a fantastic resource leading me to this companys product, and im deciding to take the plunge on these boots. Can you provide an update on sizing after almost 9 months of wear? I am a size 9/9.5 in most dress shoes, and a 10 in most sneakers. BS recommended 9.5 for me, really hoping that works out as its already such a long wait! Appreciate any insight yall

Hey there! I’ve not done a 1 year review and had to pass these on because they were a bit too small overall for me. I did wear them a lot and trust their build quality but could only wear Roth thin socks. I needed 1/2 size bigger. I didn't keep my bloodstones so I cannot speak to that much. As I remember they do seem to be pretty comparable in fit but the leather is going to be different as well as the outsole.

On their website the black looks like a matte black suede. These look like a shiny leather. Are these different?

That's true, I did a double check and it is one and the same. I think the one in the picture must have either been a different leather than you actually get, or unpolished, or some computer work. Thanks for watching!!

I honestly think the Rossi and Redbacks are more rugged and tough. This Beckett Simonon makes a great dress boot, I'd question using it in the garden.
