Good stuff James, I needed the extra volume for sure and I prefer this fusionskin fit over the hybridtouch 2.0. However, like you said it def isn’t as streamlined as the regular version so I’ve experienced some more heel slippage/less lock down than I normally like.

I went into adidas to buy those and I walked out with socks. Expected the leather to be better. It’s essentially a Pure with rubber bits. I like buying boots, but at this point I’m only buying ones that fit right and don’t hurt my feet. Those fail at fit and comfort. Much like the Pure. Also, I’ve been rocking three different Mizunos and nothing has replaced them in rotation. I think adidas focused on competing with Nike, but Nike treats Nike boots like Nike basketball shoes instead of Nike futsal shoes. They’ll just cut off a gem and make a dud for no functional reason.

I think you've got the right idea, only buy stuff that suits your foot type. And it is hard to beat Mizuno at the moment

I have seen a video of you talking about nike changing the fit of the mercurial. Adidas have done the same, because I tried the purple launch colorway and that one fitted well but then I tried the the colorway for the olympics and that one had a wider forefoot and toebox

Interesting, I found that the materials on the purple launch and some of the other colourways such as the advancement pack were different but they fit the same. I haven't tried the Olympics one though

@@Pac-w7v a lot of the time, the F50 for example, they're not deliberately making a change, it's the finish on the boots or even the colour and dyes that cause the change so they probably wouldn't. The mercurial is a bit different because it's shape.

You didn't miss anything I didn't explain it at any point. Just occasionally people ask, like this, and then I tell them. Short answer, I'm vegan, so I don't buy leather.

And I can confirm they break in fairly easy and comfortable. For me personally i have wider feet so they fit better than regular Pred 24.

I didn't review the Roterio, so nothing contrasting from me, and they are slightly different, from seeing the Roterio in hand out of box it generally seemed the Roterio was finished at a higher level and the leather was slightly softer out of box. They are of course quite similar though. However, if you check out @lasvegas.footballclub on Instagram who I mention in the video he has recently said that he finds them to be quite a different experience from the Roterio when playing in them and general consensus seems to be that they do not feel the same.

That Adidas have made a boot that looks great but out of the box doesn't live up to the standards I would expect of a €280 boot in both materials and construction terms and in actual fact may be a less desirable option than the regular predator FT. I appreciate you watching but I do think that is pretty clear in the video.

As a person who'll never be able to afford them I can just say something for the looks: I hate that they didn't made the 3 stripes blue like the tongue instead of white. I'm not really a fan of only thr tongue being blue, they still look good but could've been better
