The cool thing about the OG series was that Billy and Trini (the characters) were really like brother sister to each other. They always had each other's backs. In this one , it's Trini and Zack with the bro/sis connection. That's dope watching the brotherhood form. Jason and Kimberly connected more along that level as well, I'm actually reeeeeally glad they pulled back on the "love story" they tried to pursue and concentrated on the emsemble relationship forming instead. I think they would've really jumped the gun if they had done that in this first one. Plus. Green ranger's headin' in. Need to get the whole group established before you can lay the groundwork for the interior relationships and how that works in the context of the whole brethren.
