if only I could send this to a red from an hour ago. he cried that I didnt push into him. 7k hp gokase,80%hp Colorado. he simply had to sink me at the start, but didnt care. 🤣 thanks to you and other CC's, explaining the game(ships, mechanics, strategies) I got far better. in arcade I am able to manage the matches, with a good win ratio for my standards. 9vs9. I played too many battles with quantity over quality, ending up with 50% winrate at first. but I started improving, and now I win nearly 60%. with the basics and some experience, nothing more. 🤯

Great video. The one thing I still do as a battleship player, in every match that has enemy destroyers is that I load HE shells first and here's why...torpedo tubes have a severe allergy to HE shells and in many cases, in my experience, you can destroy them early. I've observed similar success in using this philosophy on cruisers as well. Take away their torpedos either temporarily or permanently and it will tip the scales in your favor because that cruiser can't be quite as cocky like before. A partially or completely neutered (or spayed) destroyer is almost as good as a dead one...completely changes how they handle the rest of the match in most cases, but that's just me. The trick is in knowing when that AP shell will likely neutralize the destroyer entirely. Same thing applies to certain enemy battleships...it's not a bad idea to switch to HE shells on an angled battleship (especially if the French of Soviet variety) I've seen seasoned players like SpartanElite43 stubbornly use AP shells in these particular situations when HE would have caused more damage and start a fire or two. Again, it's reading the situation so that you're not wasting a couple of salvos in the moment. Also, firing HE shells at very low health battleships often kills them allowing you to yoink with impunity. There has been many occasions for me in which I'll see a couple of battleships slamming away on a dying enemy battleship and not securing the kill...I fire a salvo of Puff the Magic Dragon and poof goes that battleship! 😜 also effective on cruisers and carriers😜😜
