I 'disappeared' for 2 decades. I started out in executive level work right out of school. I've made 2 moves since then, each time was a step DOWN. Each move allowed me more time to devote to hobbies and far less stress. I invested early and had no debt other than a home that'll be paid off at least 12 years early. I avoided wasting time on anything other than what would help me grow and have a secure future. My social media presence is minimal. I maintain a very close group of friends and people I trust, and that's it. I'm really happy and inspired by the comments here. I've never had social media until getting insta 2 years ago and realized my rationale for avoiding social media all those years was completely correct. It can be poisonous and change the reason you do things. Screw it. Live for you and those you love. Not for 'likes' and attention on social media. We will never be happy with a life that requires constant validation like that. Stay strong and do your best work in all your do. And don't compare to others. I started killing it at work. Work at a shipyard hard labor. My body has taken abuse that I thought I could not endure. Back pain, shoulders being cut into with 60 pound prices of metal, exhaustion from doing others wouldn't even think of even if they were told to. You can do so much more then you will ever give yourself credit for. My problem now is to take this Savage mindset home, reading more, studying Japanese the language I want to learn again, eating healthy extremely careful with the diet, learning piano. I get lost in youtbe most days and im mentally preparing myself to light switch it. I got my process y'all have yours but you can achieve whatever you want no joke it's just up yo you to dig deep and find that push. Best of luck for real life is hard but through dedication and discipline you will find peace

When I think about it and who it made me become, i think I was more afraid of my power to fight back than I was of my bullies. Been on a month of focus in the gym ( started in Jan ) and ive been seeing great results, physically & mentally. Went out of my cave to settle somethings with my ex ( broke up on Jan ) I did Impressed my ex with a new mindset, but it ain't gonna stop there, im going back in the cave to further focus and better myself. Gonna be back after awhile. Didnt tell anyone about this even her. I shall come back stronger than i am now. Definitely pushing nyself every single day. Never regretted focusing on myself so far. And yeap, i'm not doing this to impress my ex but to see how far i can push myself in order to get my goals.
