I broke my pinky toe yesterday. I’ve spent the day relearning my gym routine to cause minimal pain. Mind over matter 💪🏻

That’s the spirit. SOME training is always better than none. I had a suspected broken toe a while back (I didn’t get an x-ray so I don’t know for sure) and had to adjust my training accordingly.
