Congrats on the advertising! Its great to see how your channel is growing. This is another great build. Small quibbles (just for conversation): -- I don't think I'd have dumped Str for Dex. -- Definitely agree with Resilient and Warcaster feats being key. -- You could have gone Soldier background, since a lot of the Lanterns (Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Killowog, etc.) have military backgrounds. -- I was very surprised that you didn't go Warlock as the core of the build with the Otherworldly Patron being the Guardians of Oa. (Pact of the Blade being very similar to the way Lanterns make weapon constructs, but it also works to do Pact of the Talisman and think of the Lantern Ring as the talisman.) From the Warlock spell list, Green Flame Blade, Eldritch Blast, Mage Hand, and Sword Burst are all cantrips consistent with Green Lantern powers. Beyond that, just about any form of Conjuration spell fits.)

I disagree. While you need to boost Wisdom saves, cleric doesn't fit. My preferred Lantern build is Hexblade Bladelock 5/ Divine Soul X. That makes you a SAD (single attribute dependent) Charisma build. The Turn Undead and warding flare abilities are not very lantern-like, IMO. And besides spiritual weapon, you don't get any solid light projections.

Huh, I definitely expected a Celestial Warlock pact of the blade light cleric combo. Bad for min maxing but has the flavor right.

Since every member of the Green Lantern Corps can fly and Light clerics can't, this build just doesn't work for me, sorry. I would suggest either playing Divine Soul sorcerer and replacing a select few spells with appropriate cleric spells (especially Sacred Flame, Guiding Bolt and Spiritual Weapon) or rearranging your stats so you can manage a 13 in INT or CHA and then multiclassing to either sorcerer or wizard 5 to allow you to pick up Fly ... along with a few other spells that aren't real dependent on casting ability like Feather Fall, Mage Armor, Shield, Magic Missile, Levitate and maybe Enhance Ability. I know you'll never get the highest level spells if you multiclass, but you were just claiming you couldn't think of any appropriate level 9 spells anyway, and at least as far as I'm concerned, if you can't fly you're not a Green Lantern. 😉

And besides, you don't need higher level spells. With Divine Soul Sorcerer, you get permanent wings (concentration less flight), cleric spells and non cleric spells like creation (upcast to 8th 20×20 volume temporarily create stuff reflavored out of light instead of shadow. Effect is still the same.) The other non-cleric spell is Sunburst. It's eighth level, so it is the last spell you get at 20th. In fact the only spell you can't get with Hexblade 5/ Divine soul 15 is wall of force. And that sucks.

I do not think Green Lantern, Hal especially, would be straight cleric. Light cleric is not bad, but maybe warlock and paladin. Divine smite is nice lol

The reason flatt bonuses are superior is because the minimum and maximum rolls are higer otherwise advantadge is bether than ading your proficency since the avarange result will be higer
