Becoming a mom changed my jiu jitsu | Alexandria's Story

Alexandria found jiu jitsu through muay thai. After getting bit by the jiu jitsu bug, training became her whole life. After becoming a mom, her priorities have naturally shifted but she has found her purpose in helping mothers learn self defense skills.
