I love Pilates for the sole purpose of slow and controlled workouts, I love a workout that isn’t so intense and hard on your body! Plus Pilates helps with longevity of joints and just overall health!

The exercises that I love to do is walking and from walking since last September and lifting weights it’s only 5 pounds that’s what I can do for now and other arm stretches I’ve lost over 30 pounds and I’m proud of myself I have goal weight I need to get too I was diabetic and now need to watch out for my A1C levels and I’m not gonna stop till I get to what I want too! Your prices that you got are super cute and love the purple one lavender my fav color.💜 & omg you never saw Lizzie McGuire movie? So good!!! have a great week!

graduated college last year, degree in environmental science! tried very hard to get a job and applied to like 100, didn’t get any and rarely even heard back 💔 started doing youtube and have been working hard at it since then which has been getting me by in the meantime and which i like a lot. honestly dont know where to go from here because the job market is a struggle and id spend hours and hours trying so hard on applications to just hear nothing back so since youtube has been working for me its just what Ive been pouring my time into lately
