I don't know all too much about modding, but I think the reason that infinite time is breaking the level progression is because its preventing the game from calculating the level score based on the remaining time, either because it gets stuck in a loop adding the infinite time to your score, or simply fails as it cant interpret what infinite time means in this instance. If you could set the time of the level after the boss is defeated, or provide a checkpoint with some finite time limit, I think that would bypass the problem.

I'm so glad you changed the order of levels, the regular world 1 and occasionally world 2 levels were starting to get really repetitive. Also, I feel your being too harsh on yourself saying you never upload.
