octane= free movement you can't do these moves with other characters, that's the important point.

Octane is his main, he has done TTs and prob videos playing pathy too, movement isn’t determined by character, if you think that it’s basically saying that u don’t know good movement

Because there is a movement tech called "sigma step" (that not a joke) and its allow you to have a Big boost of speed
