You're doing it right when you lift your arms to make the vehicles stop when crossing in areas without stop lights. However, some vehicles are just too stubborn to let you pass, like that red SUV. My personal trick is to open the umbrella to make myself more visible while crossing, esp for motorcycles. But yeah, its tough to be a pedestrian in Manila. You are not treated as a priority. Amping Kulas! #PowerOn 💪
