PHILIPPINES BEACH HOUSE PROJECT - BecomingFilipino Family Cooking (Davao Province Life)

THERE IS A NEW ADDITION FOR THE BEACH HOUSE IN CATEEL!
Engineer has been busy starting a garage project. Hopefully this will add some cover and support for supplies and vehicles on the property. It has been really an amazing experience watching everything slowly come together here on our beach land... one project at a time. Aside from beach house and land projects... Therine wanted to do some cooking! So we headed off to town, got some supplies and then had a BecomingFilipino family eating night!
Davao Province life continues... it has almost been two years for us here along the east coast of Mindanao.

You're not going to be happy with this comment but it is only a comment and you can do whatever you with your house. As I see it, your house should be on stilts. I am talking about strong stilts, not bamboo type, but the kind that will stand for the test of time every typhoon season. You're right next to the water. This means the first floor of your house would most likely be flooded in the future. I would raise the garage or there goes the vehicles. Then again, I could be wrong. Remember what happened this past December. Many people living near the coast here in America, specially the south, their houses are built on strong stilts, cements or strong wooden posts like the electrical posts or steels.

Kulas won the jackpot with Therine and Therine won also i Kulas. Like this is a relationship i wish I have. Lol. Someone who supports your craft/passion. I am also a vlogger/content creator but not everyone supports me. hence I feel awkward moving and vlogging around. Lol
