Very interesting!! Please consider doing a video on formaldehyde in newly renovated homes and the efficiency of various types of formaldehyde removers!

So simply put, get latex as it has lesser holes for mites to crawl in, get anti dustmites covers, protectors and clean your bed now and then. Sounds like common sense to me lol I guess this means most of us never clean our beds.

Bed bugs are becoming a widespread issue globally, with reports of infestations in cities like Paris, London, and Hong Kong. Bed bugs are small, oval-shaped insects that feed on the blood of warm-blooded animals, causing itchy bites and potential insomnia. Prevention measures include washing clothes and cleaning luggage immediately after travel, as bed bugs can hitchhike and infest new locations. Dust mites, smaller than bed bugs, are also a concern, thriving in hot and humid environments like Singapore. Regular maintenance, such as washing bed linens weekly in hot water and vacuuming mattresses, helps reduce the risk of infestations and allergic reactions caused by dust mites.

Ok so 100% natural latex is good for preventing growth and accumulation of dust bites, but how else are they beneficial for our health or just general benefits? Like we know pocketed springs are good in that any movement on one side of the mattress will not disturb the other side etc. So how can we choose a mattress with all these factors in consideration? Like what's good for a bad back, but is it also good for prevention of dust mites? Does it also have good ventilation so it doesn't get too hot when we lie on it?

I'm kind of glad that I watched this in the morning. I doubt I'd want to sleep after watching this. Yeah maybe I should start dragging my mattress out into the sun or something like that. Or hire those mattress cleaners. They seem to be doing a good job. Man this comment could also just be a slow illustration of one man's descent into complete paranoia though. hahah
