I think I have found out the plot. When 47 performed the ritual in Paris, he didn't teleport to the outside, he created a duplicate of himself by connecting two timelines together. In doing this, he gained godlike powers. In this video, it is not two different massacres happening on different days, it is 47 controlling both versions of himself at the same time. One in Sapienza, one in Marrakesh.

Aren't we so lucky that bodies don't de-spawn in this game like most other games?

Yeah, it's weird that more games don't do it. It's not like there isn't enough memory for it, because most gamers have about 8 gigs on average. For physics, obviously not all bodies need to be able to move at the same time, and with the rendering, there only needs to be one instance of the model data in memory, and the data for the body (position and rotation of limbs ) can be culled by the camera direction and the spatial hierarchy system. Not to mention swapping out the models for much lower detailed ones, since people wont be spending time staring at the bodies all the time. I've even seen some recent titles have a dead body on screen at one time, and then they fade away into nothing right infront of your eyes.

Yeah, i really wish the bodies and gibs in the new Doom didn't disappear, takes away from it when the room hasn't been redecorated by the time you cleared it out. (though that's my only complaint about that game and some games do it way worse than Doom)
