Beddington Park is changing... a short film by young people in Sutton

Young film makers have made a video about improvements to Beddington Park, in the London Borough of Sutton.
The team of 16-17 year olds worked with Sutton Film Makers to learn about cinematography and film footage in the park documenting the £3.7 million Heritage Lottery Funded project.

As an 80 year old Canadian, who was born in Carshalton and grew up in Beddington, I can attest to the value of Beddington park as a youngster....playing football, cricket, sailing my boat on the stock pond, rowing on the lake and having some dentist work done at the old Grange.......big part of my life before I turned 11 and emigrated. Thanks to the film makers for this sensitive and gentle look at the park....all the best
