Bedlington Level Crossing, Northumberland. Road Rail Vehicle RRV changes track

During PWay work to replace track near Bedlington Level Crossing, a RRV excavator needs to change from the Northbound to Southbound track. This manually signaled move blocks traffic for 5 minutes.
