Just the right timing for me to sleep - interesting enough to hold interest (especially love this series!) and yet soothing enough I may drift off. Especially when long enough. Mate this is great stuff. Have you ever considered having ambient noise such as rain, fire, or crickets, instead of soft music? Headspace does that for their sleepcasts and it's very relaxing.
