Better Bee makes a clear plexiglass inner cover- I have it on my colonies with an R37 Hive Hugger Crown Board and a Better Bee insulated outer cover. At 27F, the bees did not cluster and there was no moisture on the clear inner cover.

I love the clear inner covers… so useful for quick checks in the Winter- I use it in the Spring when friends want to see the bees😊
