Apparently, I was cranky...because this fashion edition got a bit salty while taking a look at some of the SHEER outfits the Meg, Meghan Markle, has worn. Many of these I've never featured before!
Is a $75,000 dress relatable? Or accessible? Plus, the drama surrounding that notorious Garden Party exit.

The engagement dress was shocking for many reasons. It was a ballgown, it was sheer on top, it was made for a tall, slim figure, the colour was awful and the price of it was ridiculous.

You know what NO GOWN should cost $75,OOO. This is just unethical to pay 75 grand for a few pieces of material. I do not believe this gown involved that much labor either. If they are so much into charity, she could have worn a dress for $2,000 (still hella expensive) and give those other 73 grand to a good cause.

Most women in Europe would NEVER wear black to a wedding unless that person is in mourning for a family member who recently died, in which case it is perfectly fine.

As an older English woman ,and just a member of the public ,I,have always been aware of the standards of dress for the Royal Family ,so I,do not understand why no one spoke up and said NO ,this is not appropriate .Everyone else abides by the rules,but some two bit actress rode rough shod over protocol .

She has a great track record for wearing the most inappropriate outfits for an occasion. Even this week in New York she wore an outfit completely inappropriate for an afternoon event attended by grieving parents. Why on earth does she do this?

The engagement dress made her look like the "harlot from hell" and then she tried to look like a vestal virgin at her wedding 😂 The price was a taste (bad) of things to come!

The engagement dress is both ridiculous and also very vulgar. Someone who wants to be seen as an acceptable member of the RF could not have chosen a worse garment than that. She was basically telling the world that all she wanted to be seen as is a “sexpot”. Not remotely “Royal” so we shouldn’t have been at all surprised that her idea of impressing the whole country was to show off her sexiness. I guess that is what must have got Harry hooked so she thought everyone else would have been equally impressed!

For me, it's the first one. I remember the Vanity Fair Cover and Engagement Interview raising red flags in my head that she was his only GF to do a magazine interview and saying she had no idea who he or the RF was off but the 75K ball gown cemented it for me and I was like, "Oh, that's why she's marrying him. The attention and glamour. Yeah, this is not going to go well."
