First of all, Caitlin Clark is a phenomenal player, but to say that she's the greatest player in women's college basketball history is premature. I'm a UCONN fan, so of course Diana, Maya, Stewie, and Sue. But then you got Candace and Chamique Holdsclaw led the Lady Vols to consecutive nattys. Cheryl Miller won back to back with USC in the 80s. Aja Wilson at SC and Sherryl Swoopes at Texas Tech. There are too many great players in the women's game to say there's an undisputed greatest of all time because of so many great careers, but Clark is gonna be one of the greats.

Clark benefits from a change in times. Women's equality and sports has been a long thought battle, and she's getting to see some of the icing on the cake. It's not all pleasant. You see some of the comments of that people make about her on social media? Goodness. So there's pros and cons.
