New subscriber, and I like all of the flavors of this dish. I'd prefer something easier to eat (this thing is going to be dangerous for the table cloth when I go at it with fork and knife), so maybe just all of that in a hard taco shell for me. Re-thinking, maybe you eat each layer by just taking one tostada at a time. You'd have to commit to that one tostada, because the bottom would be dirty. Although you could set it back on the tower. Am I over-thinking this, lol?
