beef mince 500g (25-30% fat)
Salt 3/4 tsp
white pepper 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
ginger powder 1/2 tsp
onion powder 1/2 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
white vinegar 1,1/2 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Green chilli 4-5
bread slice 1 small
onion 1 small
coriander 1/2 cup
for sauce:
mayonnaise 1/2 vup
Cucumber pickle 2 tbsp
chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
mustard paste 1 tsp
burger buns
lettuce
tomato
onion
مكونات:
لحم بقري مفروم 500 جرام (25-30٪ دهن)
ملح 3/4 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أبيض
فلفل أسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الثوم 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الزنجبيل 1/2 ملعقة شاي
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق البصل
اوريجانو 1 ملعقة صغيرة
خل أبيض 1،1 / 2 ملعقة صغيرة
صلصة الصويا 1 ملعقة صغيرة
صلصة الفلفل الحار 1 ملعقة كبيرة
الفلفل الأخضر 4-5
شريحة خبز 1 صغيرة
1 بصلة صغيرة
1/2 كوب كزبرة
للصلصة:
مايونيز 1/2 كوب
مخلل خيار 2 ملعقة كبيرة
2 ملاعق كبيرة صلصة الفلفل والثوم
معجون الخردل 1 ملعقة صغيرة
