This is how I've always made enchiladas. I hate the tedious task of rolling dipping blah blah blah. It comes out with the same delicious enchilada taste and I'm happy that I'm not the only one who makes it this way. Thanks for sharing it

We just tried the layered enchiladas. Used your Enchilada Gravy and Cheese Sauce. We didn't have much ground beef so we used your refried beans as a substitute. You always say use what's in your kitchen. It was wonderful. We'll never use canned enchilada sauce again. Loved the cheese sauce too. We also made your taco seasoning to try later on. Thank you so much. 💕💕

So I made this almost identical to you except flour tortilla instead of corn...it was a crowd pleaser...made a 9x13 pan and only 3 slices left. Delicious...husband said definitely need to make it again!!! Luckily we have it for lunch tomorrow!!!

Mom, 85, made this for dinner, good memories, texmex deliciousness ... Mom used corn tortilla flour instead of all purpose flour to thicken the sauce... OR ...left over cooked tortillas, put in a blender with some water... everybody has their family recipe.
