Rachel, I am a 76-year-old grandmother from about an hour south of Houston. We found your channel last week sometime and we have been watching it nonstop. My two daughters also are loving it and one daughter who had really been hating to Cook has re-discovered her love for cooking from your channel. You just show so much joy and love in your cooking. Rachel, you are my "go to" for any recipe. You explain every thing so well and the details you give on times, temps etc. are right on. I cook 7 days a week and I use your recipes at least 5 of those days. I live in Dallas, and of course, we love TexMex.
