Rachel, I am a 76-year-old grandmother from about an hour south of Houston. We found your channel last week sometime and we have been watching it nonstop. My two daughters also are loving it and one daughter who had really been hating to Cook has re-discovered her love for cooking from your channel. You just show so much joy and love in your cooking. You take extra steps to make everything delicious and that’s what we want to do too. You are so good at this you should definitely have a show on TV. Your directions are so easy to follow! I quadrupled the recipe and made 20 beef and 24 cheese enchiladas. I decided to use 32oz of mild cheddar that I grated in the food processor. Hey lady! I’m a 63 y.o. Great-grandma (yaya) and live in Bandera county. I’ve always considered myself to be a really good cook. Having said that, I have learned so much from you!!! My meals are sooooo much better since I started making your recipes.
