Was stationed there late 80's.Taking a trip from Naval Station down to Merizo(?) And Inarajhan(?) car broke down. No cellphones back then. Older gentleman stopped to help a lady with 2 kids under 5. Took us to a house that had a phone, but was also the site of a FABULOUS wedding reception. The families made us feel so welcomed and fed us some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life. I do miss that little spot of paradise.

Thank you for watching! There are many different ways to prepare this dish. Yes, washing of the beef is done. Although, the beef used in this video was thin and I allowed the blood to drain overnight. I hope that answers your question. Truly appreciate your question and for your love and support.
