CHICKEN GALANTINA
1 kilo chicken fillet
1 kilo ground pork
2 tsps. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
3 tbsps. sugar
2 tbsps. oyster sauce
3 tbsps. tomato paste
½ cup all purpose flour
3 whole eggs
½ cup sliced pickles
½ cup raisins
2 tbsps. evaporated milk
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped onions
1 cup grated cheese
4 pcs Canned sausage or chorizo
8 pcs hard boiled eggs
200 grams bacon

I followed this recipe and cooked as required, and it's super sarap talaga.. napaka sosyal ng lasa.. natikman din ng guests ko, muntik na maubos lahat.. hindi ko pa inulit kasi pricey.. sa December na lang ulit. try nio po.. grabeee sa sarap..

Nakapagtataka ang quick kitchen. Kayang magturo ng pagluluto ng maraming putahe nang hindi nakikita ang mukha ng nagtuturo. Maski boses ay di ko pa narinig.
