When in a semi normal speech you talk about a computer inside the moon that is possible to hack by wizards to make people have a SAO styled Holy Grail War, there are look a likes from Fate/Stay Night, can be controlled by an IA that looks just like Sakura. Then there is the moon is sort of a living being, is host to a inmortal vampire bent on exterminating humanityimpervious to anything that the Earth can throw at it.

One thing about servants in Fate is that they're affected by rumors and pop culture. A good example is Vlad III. There are two versions of him. One is a Lancer, the other a Berserker. The Lancer version is based on the history and legend of Vlad the Impaler. The other is a vampire because the widespread general populace associates "Dracula" (his title) with The Legend of Dracula (the vampire) instead of him. Vlad III's name is _Vlad Dracul,_ which the name "Dracul" is an old (I think) Romanian word for "dragon". His moniker "Dracula" means "son of the dragon". Berserker Vlad is not happy with his current association btw. Please don't make me explain Thomas Edison's power. It's definitely hilarious though, but I don't want to explain it.

One of my favourite things is to imagine what heroic spirits characters from other media might come back as. Like putting Yang as a rider or a berserker (though berserkers debatable) Pyrrha as a lancer, etc. Very fun thought episode

Early Yang does very much fit neatly into the Berzerker class. She would have a fairly weak level of Madness but she fits. Season 5 and on Yang works as a Rider but also I think Shielder would fit her really well. She is the tank on the team.

My only significant beef with the explanation is that we do in fact know how and why the world got fucked up in the FGO timeline. Also the First Holy Grail War DID happen - it just happened when the Fifth did in the normal timeline... and also someone actually won it.

Well the things is you dont need to understand this to get into fate at all people just like to talk about the timeline since its soo intresting. This is something you hear and learn about as the story progresses and you progress through stories, its not important to the story being told in the narrative to the media you are reading

The lore isn't that scary, the basic thing u need to understand is that physics in the nasuverse is basically a suggestion. The reality is really flexible and fluid and is rooted in information born of history and syncreticity.

26:30 depends the root is common knowledge to mages but anything revolving magecraft is kept secret from the public(this is due to the fact that if magecraft was known mystery would weaken and all magecraft will be heavily nerfed)
