G’Day guys! Beef short ribs are one of my favourite things to bbq! Everyone has their own way and this is how I like mine!
Southern grain beef short ribs, trimmed and rubbed down in Smoky Pastures BBQ ‘Risk It’ rub. I like my short ribs peppery and this rub is perfect.
I love using native Australian hard woods in bbq so I used a few chunks of Aussie Oak (stringy bark) from Natural Smoke Australia.
Grab yourself a pack of ribs, follow along and you won’t be disappointed! Short ribs are melt in the mouth good 👍🏼
