This week, I fired up the Lonestar Grillz 20x42 Pellet Smoker to get some beef ribs in action. Beef ribs are my FAVORITE part of the cow and I LOVE cooking them. These cut short ribs were the perfect size for serving over a bed of my homemade parmesan cheese grits.
My beef rub recipe:
1 cup kosher salt
½ cup granulated garlic
½ cup ground black pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper - optional
2 T ground cumin
2 T ground coriander
1 T Chili powder
1 T Paprika
1 T MSG - optional
