Oh, I'm here for ALLLLLL of this. Baby I made them neckbones, potatoes & greenbeans, Nikki style...The Fam loved it. Follow you to the "T" baby, including how you cleaned the neckbones (wash & boil 15 min then rewash).. 😂💯💯💯✔️ CHEF KISS! Can't wait to brag on how they loved the stew. ❤

I'd like to pass out one tip that I have learned. I take my meat that's going in stews. Or just being roasted and I always stick it in a bag. Put all the seasonings on it at least 24 hours in advance. And then I take it out and just Pat it dry and take it from there. It gives me time to absorb all the extra flavor. And I'm excited about this recipe. Because I've never made it too, so I'm doing it.

So I can tell you that I am over the age of 65 but 1 thing I have learned in the last few months because you eventually get tired of cooking and I'm always looking for new recipes, but I always make sure that before I start a recipe, I lineup absolutely butter oil, anything and when? I follow your recipe. I lay my spices out exactly in the order that you do it. That way I don't miss anything and it took me to become an old woman before I realized prepare yourself.Don't just prep set your spices out in order of the recipe and you will always have a great product.And I can't wait to try this because it's cold here in florida and i'm just making all kinds of cold weather food especially corn bread

Nappy New Year to you & yours Nikki 🤗 Beef stew has always been a fave of mine. I usually make mine towards the end of the Summer and freeze it in those ice cream buckets from the grocery store. Yes ma’am. That freezer helps those seasonings to mix & concentrate. Yours looked delicious 😋.
