I've been keto for more than 2 years and carnivorous for a couple of months now and just seeing Kellogs written on the screen I suddenly crave cereals with tons of added sugar in milk, my first craving in almost 6 months The addictive power of refined cereals is huge I tell you. Now I'm off to eat something full of fat, best way I know to kill such a craving.

St Teresa of Avila advised her abbesses that if a nun was having visions that her work load should be decreased, her sleep time increased and that she had to eat meat and limit fasting. Her view was visions from God would continue under meat in the diet and rest, false ones would cease. I find this video edifying.

God bless louise light. She was on this pain train back then in the 70's. Said it was a mistake. If only science, gov, studies were for the better of the world to do better. We'd all live 120 years and no meds ever again. So sad here we are. Except we can only find what works for us and suggest it to others. The vegans don't need to be told. They get sick and maybe change. SAD diet folks may never change and live a great sick life till death.

Such a profound message - now proven by many: Meat heals... Meat is Medicine! Saturated fat does not cause Heart Disease, and the higher your Cholesterol (especially after 65), the longer you'll probably live, and the happier you'll probably be... 👏👏👏

Important to keep in mind that carb/sugar intake is not alone to blame for weight gain, since besides for high Insulin, high Cortisol and low Vit D levels are for example also inducing fat storage, while inhibiting fat burning. Also, as was pointed out: Obesity is in reality not causing any diseased state; it's another downstream symptom - much similar to increased Cholesterol production and higher BP: An adaptation of the Intelligently Designed body; this in an effort to ensure survival.

A few friends motivated me to start my coaching business, I did, and already have melted a combined weight of (aprox) 500 pounds from 12 clients. I did not know until today I can say “I promote a Fermented Plant (product) Based Diet”. Amazing! Thank You Mr B!

What about micro nutrients though? All 60 essential minerals, and vitamins? Meat doesn't contain all 60 minerals and all the vitamins right? I just ate a beef summer sausage and it said 2% vitamin c per serving. Thought that was interesting as I thought only organ meats contained certain micronutrients like vitamin c. Do we have to eat organ meats to get all 90 essential nutrients?
@ellenorbjornsdottir11665 жыл бұрын
the vit C RDA is too high.
@feedYOURchildrenKORN4 жыл бұрын
Meat, fat, and organs have all the minerals and vitamins we need. You can easily add eggs and dairy too for extra nutrition. Same goes for fish! Animal foods/products have every essential nutrient we require for life. Plants do not. By the way, fresh meat has enough vitamin C to prevent scurvy, and many organs have high levels of vitamin C too. Your body needs less vitamin C if you eat less carbohydrates.
@takeoffyourblinkers4 жыл бұрын
The fact that there is no essential carbohydrate for human health should tell you everything you need to know. Evolution is no dummy.

Organ meats has all the vitamins and mineral in their most bioavailable form compared to plant which are blocked by anti-nutrients and inhibitors.
