Somehow, they also... look super appetizing..? I love Gordon Ramsay but his beef wellington is for his restaurant chains, so it's a recipe and plating that his chefs can easily repeat in a set amount of time for the guests. In fact it was one of the challenges he set the kids in Masterchef Junior - he demonstrated it and they had to go make it the same way. They were kids 8 to 13 years old. I'm not saying they're inept and the recipe is easy, just that Jun's is on another level.
