But I understand why-while I enjoy cooking, I just don't enjoy it on the level he must to maintain his knives and get such high quality knives at that. The way he cooks is indeed like an art, where I just try and make different meals during this quarantine to try new things, he really really enjoys it and it's easy to see that. I'd probably enjoy cooking more if my cat didn't try and get in in on the action every time I cook lol. I try and place him up on the fridge so he can watch safely, but he just jumps right back onto the counter and I spend half the time worrying about him lol.

I am always left satisfied watching your video. I had never thought of starting my onion slicing / dicing like Jun does at 5:18 and it's blown my mind, I always find the pieces from the side to be annoyingly uneven but that is a solution I'm almost embarrassed I'd never considered.
