Okra gumbo is really good with rice. I’ve made it with soy crumbles a couple times, but didn’t enjoy the meat texture. If you eat gumbo, definitely try it. Crime dramas are great. Good video

Love you...how do you not have a show yet on the food network. I think it would be a hit !! Sara, I don't know if you've tried mushroom bacon...but its fav. Also I sautee my mushrooms separately until golden in a bit of butter with celery salt and pepper. Sometimes I add garlic the last few min. They get a bit crispy and taste amazing.

FYI.... to avoid raw flour taste, make a slurry (water & flour, cooked) or a rue (butter or oil & flour, cooked), then add to your food to thicken... adding dry flour right to your food, will leave a raw flour aftertaste & pasty texture.
