These are terrific and so many variations, too. The Ranch dressing with the cream cheese is especially good! Jacques Pepin had a short vid on another great appetizer with cream cheese - with a potato peeler, peel long strips of cucumber or zucchini. Spread cream cheese on them and then a piece of Salmon. Roll them up and secure with a tooth pick. Must say they are delicious and easy! A nice piece of Salmon would go well with yours, along with the other ingredients! Thank you, Sarah!
