Haha I'm a Link main and there's no way I would have figured the start out/had the patience you had to do it your way haha. But yeah, the fact you guys did it a totally different way to him at almost every step shows just how adaptable Link's kit is. I reckon if someone really did take the time to put thousands of hours into him that he could also be considered top tier with some of the crazy stuff he can do.

I'm gonna keep commenting this until it happens. Questionable Beef #28: Choose eachother's characters. Tell the other person who to play that round. Try to sabotage eachother by picking their least favourite character, or choose somebody you are confident playing against no matter who you get stuck with. Playing on team mode might help balance this, especially where that allows you to at least pick the order you use your characters in.

You actually cheesed the first section. The intended way is to put a bomb on the platform, destroy the bomb with an arrow then explode the bomb double jump up b.

I can't say i'm a fan of the courses where it requires unforgiving performance over figuring out how to solve the puzzle. Doing the same part over and over and over and over and over again just isn't fun to watch or I imagine to play either. The mythra/pyra course was really bad for that, with it requiring near-frame perfect character swaps back to back at the start.

His link challenges are completely unfair. Huge difficulty brick walls right at the start. The guy has great knack for game development, but he really needs to learn how to manage difficulty levels. And I wouldn't say you guys cheesed it. That pit is perfect for the bomb to reach the lever. He probably is learning to work with multiple solutions. Or, alternatively, he is just clearly brain damaged and can't feel sorry for other people (his actual solution is actually much harder in the second half)

@@jacoblivingston5902 I'm a little confused. Is this course interconnected, or is it split into several parts? I'm struggling to figure out how you would get to the middle lever without damaging yourself. Also, are the pale coloured platforms finishing places? I'm not that careful of a person to do this entire thing without damaging myself so I'll list what I think would work. Left side: Wall jump against the three purple walls without double jumping then immediately Up B left. Hit the left side of the bumper and tech on the leftmost wall. B Reverse fireball to reach the left lever, then walljump on the right wall, double jump and walljump on the left wall again. Finally Up B to reach over to the open side. Jump and walljump against the wall next to the middle lever and Up B to reach the platform. Middle: Jump, double jump and Up B and get hit by the lava while teching and jumping immediately afterwards, then walljump to reach the lever. Hit it. (I've already tried doing this and there seems to be an issue, but you might correct me on this, as the left side of the middle purple wall doesn't move far enough away from the lava, when I hit the lever) Fall down slightly, double jump, Side B then Up B to reach the top of the wall. Right Side: After reaching the top of the wall, fall down and directional airdodge if there isn't enough space to the lower purple platform. Fall while tilting right, double jump, side B then up B to hit the lava. Tech on the left wall, walljump off it and up B to reach the the long thin purple platform. Continue along it, then ledge roll slip to get past the bumper. Up B towards the top left of the bumper, double jump and Up B to reach the Top purple platform. Maybe set a higher HP limit as some of those obstacles are impossible, from my perspective, to get past without taking damage. Would also be helpful if you put teleporters in there as it is ridiculously hard to get back to the starting position. Overall, not bad.

@@bootieos7701 My b, I should have given you instructions. Use 10 hp so you die if you touch the lava otherwise you bounce around forever. It is possible to do without touching the lava start to finish. The pink platform on the left at the top is where you put p2 to see the whole stage. Where you start is the middle at the top where you spawn. In the lava walls there are two bomb blocks you have to break. One drops a platform on the right, the other opens up a little gap in the left that you have to jump up to and hit the switch. The switch moves the whole thing over so there is a little ledge on the right side you can stand on. Go there and double jump up to the top, walljump off the left wall and air dodge through the gap. Fall towards the bumper and up b through the gap between it and the lava to fall on the platform. For the next part, drop down through the platform and avoid the falling lava blocks and go to the left. There's a little platform next to the spinning cube you can land on. Get there and then time you jump over the cube, airdodging left works better for me than up b here. The last part is the left side you were talking about. You were really close on how to do it which is cool. This is for sure the hardest part. After the b-reverse you use your double jump and then wall jump off the lower right wall before b-reverse an up-b to hit the top of the bumper. You have to jump first because you can't walljump off the same side of a wall twice in a row without double jumping first. The wall tech doesn't count either. Since the last walljump was off a right wall, we have to jump before you can wall jump again. When you hit the switch the ceiling is raised and it opens up a gap on the right side of the three walljump section. I like to go back down to the bottom of the section and do the walljumps again up-bing the other way instead to get into the final section. Then you just jump double jump, walljump, up b for maximum height and land on the yellow platform. Hope that helps if you want to try it again. When you start a match it doesn't spawn you in the right place so that's probably where the confusion is coming from. I guess I'll try and make a video or something. I'll let you know if that ever gets done.
