I’m 79 years old. One of my greatest pleasures is to play FreeCell on my I-pad while playing Beegie in the background.- pure heaven! I grieved when I learned she passed. Over the last many years , when I was upset about something, I would turn on some Beegie to calm me down. So sad that she will never make any more new music. So happy she has left us so many recordings to enjoy. RIP Beegie.

It makes me sad to know she passed away. She was a great confort to me during the months of seclusion becaise of the pandemia. I am very grateful to her for giving us that great music. She was not promoted a such, but she was one of those extraordinary musicians that bring joy and peace to the troubled souls of this uncertain times. THANK YOU BEEGUIE!

Beegie's music - every one of her albums be it fast or slow jazz - does something to uplift me, constricts my throat and often makes my eyes teary; so I guess this is a bit of heaven she provides us. Can't stop thinking how she was endowed with such great talent which she used to make millions fall in love with her and her music. I remember in one of the albums, she so humbly said that her playing the piano is only as good as her accompanying artists, who were as always Roger Spencer (base) and Chris Brown (drums). Terribly sad we lost the greatest jazz pianist of our times. Rest in peace Beegie!

The more I listen to Beegie Adair ( which is daily), the more I get addicted; she interprets the piano in such a wonderful, intense yet mellow, unique way, one cannot help but feel the deep sensitivity of her soul; sometimes I have to stop to listen to a particular song and not just hear it as relaxing background music. Which indeed it is!
