I have three and love these air pistols. Dreamed of owning one in my youth, but it was far outside of my budget. I felt lucky to have purchased (and used the heck out of) a Beeman R10 when I was 13, and that was still less expensive than one of the P1’s I remember drooling over in the Beeman catalog

Real nice collection. They probably have some kind of jig to hold the gun when they do the test firing back in Germany. The problem with hitting the bullseye is that you ruin a lot of targets very quickly. Since I haven't hit the bullseye in over 10 years this is not one of my major problems. Ha just joking cheers from Canada.

Had mine for over a decade, haven't been pellet shootinh in a while. They didn't have a target shot in my box, guessing maybe match pellets with that kind of accuracy. Mostly get hunting rds. Today's models have fiber optic sights. I installed a Hogue grips on it, didn't know you can get barrels for it, do they make them in stainless steel?

The test targets came with “select group” guns which were sold at a higher price. Two of my 4 guns has the target. My 20 cal doesn’t have it but it is marked select group and select condition on the box.

@@BigDawg76773 oh definitely, it would be a challenge. .177 shoots faster than the .20 and the .22

@@showmeyourstuff9518 It's definitely not all about the speed of the pellet or the fps most importantly the foot pounds of energy I'd rather a slower harder hitting pellet than a faster one just going straight through any day!

... Have you considered a stock,or longer barrel etc?. Assume with the .177,with the two power settings, (target and hunting) if swapping out the barrel, to .22 or .20, you would still have those two settings,if still suited ? 🇬🇧🇺🇸
@showmeyourstuff95183 жыл бұрын
I shoot pretty well with it as is. I do have a stock for it and it does make a difference and then it isn't a pistol anymore. I need the practice, I don't shoot pistol very well.
@manderson7173Ай бұрын
You can swap out the barrels and both the 177 and 20 Cal have the two power settings and those would be maintained even with a different barrel

They are way overpriced for a bb gun.
@manderson7173Ай бұрын
Overpriced? No, not when you consider that they are an heirloom gun which can be maintained, repaired and last lifetimes. Perhaps they are just out of your budget. They are definitely not a BB gun.
@MrZola1234Ай бұрын
@ I get the collector perspective, and it’s a tank that will last forever too. I just can’t see paying $550 for a bb/airgun…. Granted, I’ve paid way more for some real guns than I should have over the years.

They no longer include the target with the new pistols
