One thing I love about this scene in this production is the lady in the middle. She really plays up the matchmaker persona for Rosemary and does it really really well. I also like how, although looking really suave, he doesn’t ooose the characters awkward touches throughout.

I am not surprised that How to succeed in business without really trying was written by the same writer of Guys and Dolls. I can hear lots of similarity in the music

Me, too. So glad to have my suspicion that it was written by Frank Loesser. He uses the word "puerile" in "A Secretary is not a Toy."

I think I might have seen it with Robert Morse. Or at least I wish I had.

Ricky Nelson performed in a production I saw in Los Angeles in the early 1960s before he tragically died.

Nice performers, but the tempo could be a little faster maybe? And no need to change "thinking" to "thinkin'." Unless that's what the lyricist originally wrote.
