I hope that you find a better land for you and your family. I kind of had the same issue my dad and I bought 36 acres in the Hills of California

That’s a disciplined decision to let a piece of property like that go, and awesome you have the partner in your wife to support you, the family and company. What a blessing in having that support. We appreciate you. All the best to you.

Appreciate your sir. Correct and wise move to have your income derived from the success of your content and website. You put the information "where the goats can get it" and your subscribers have success! Got a complement on my turf yesterday and I just put a neighbor on to your website and channel. Story for another day....I got almost got in trouble at a big box store telling someone not to buy what was on the shelf and instead go to GCI Turf Academy. Turns out they were a rep for that specific company! 😃 They were gracious! Hey...Imma spread the GCI Turf gospel where ever I can. 🤣

PS....I also noticed the newer GCI TTTF is darker than the previous version. I am also maintaining a lower HOC than standard for TTTF. Was inspired by Cam from Elevated Lawnscapes. He has been testing this with the newer GCI TTTF and having some good results so far..

I was extremely picky on our last house purchase. Needed a sizable chunk of land, neighbors not to close but not a mile away, room for a big shop (1960sf built last year) and a small community feel. Go for what you've worked hard for!

I think you need a Pond or a small Lake to pump your water out of Pete the way ur talking how much water u will need. think of a golf course they generally don't rely seldom on just a well they have a large pond or many small and medium ponds to use water from. A large nursery is another example they all irrigate out of ponds, deep ones and they run water constantly but they make sure it all makes its way back into the pond

I understand what your saying. I'm 65 and have crohn's disease. I always think about what will I be able to keep up with in 5 , 10 years not just today. God will provide just what you want. He may be talking to someone right now to sell some land they own and has to wait on them to do what He's told them. We all sometimes have to hear two or three times before we know for sure it's Him speaking to us about something from time to time.
