I have some beers from Pat and really looking forward to trying them, didn’t get the stout but got a NEIPA so very exited. Great update as always cheers 👍🍻

Got the mild and hefe from Pat, really liked them. Mild deffo lively. My 'use up' beer is cold crashing right now, so far so good but that could very likely change with a bit of time in the keg. All fingers and toes crossed at this point.

Three great looking beers you had there mate,and your not on your own when it comes to having lots of hops and grain to use up.I’ve got loads of hops will have to make something up and get rid of some myself , anyway cheers mate 🍺🍺

Really glad you liked the beers, I must have done something to screw up the carbonation on the mild somewhere between serving it on tap to getting it into the bottle, all of the milds ive sent out have been like that, Mild is definitely a under appreciated beer but as you say it’s seen as a bit of a old man drink.
