You guys are awesome! I was off and on home brewing for 10 years but when COVID hit and I had nothing better to do than watch KZbin, it was your guy’s channels I got into. Now I brew every chance I get and get all the compliments from neighbors and friends for the great tasting beer! (*Sometimes I forget to tell my friends that it’s your guy’s recipe) Thank you!

There is a loophole in the law, btw. You can legally not add volume to your total if you donate it to a non-profit event where they take donations for the beer. You just need a non-profit and bam, you can homebrew as much as you want for $0 donations at "events".

Other than documenting yourself breaking the law, and then making it public, I don't see how anyone would know how much beer you've made. I get that this is the whole point here, dude documented himself, but in a run-of-the-mill homebrewer's life I don't get how someone would get busted for brewing too much beer.
