Haha! Never dared to drink Berliner Weisse purely! You have to pour a shot of woodruff or raspberry syrup in to make it drinkable! In Berlin they call it “Berliner Weisse mit Schuss”. It’s more a summer drink and is served in very broad glasses that are looking more like a vine glass instead of a beer glass. And - believe it or not - you have to drink it through a straw! Cheers! 🍹

Good to see you Jim. Glad all is well. Fridays haven't been the same without a touch of B&B but I do understand that everyone needs a break now and then. That must have been one foul tasting beer indeed. You would think that the people making the stuff would be ashamed to put a product like that on the market.
