One of the worst podcasts of this channel. You bring in a renowned spine surgeon and ask/show him WWE related questions and videos. He was answering so beautifully and analytically intially on other topics and then you slowly brought in topics like kundalini, wwe and screwed up the podcast.the podcast lost its essence as you ran out of questions. Cant believe some of the questions you asked.Pls do more homework and study before doing a podcast with a knowledgable individual.

This was an amazing podcast! I recently got diagnosed with a major back issue at the young age of 22. It was a shocker at first and I got multiple MRIs done to verify. But I now I have accepted it and doing regular physiotherapy for recovery. I wish to visit Dr Chadda in the near future for guidance after listening to him here! I underwent a Spine surgery - transforminal lumber interbody fusion L4-5, Globus titanium screws 6.5 x 40mm x 4 and peek cage 10 x 20 mm last June by Dr.Balaji Srinivasan at Apollo Chennai. This podcast has explained clearly about what I underwent !!!! Dr Ram Chadda is very humble and full of humility. Great episode, enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks 🙏🏼. I am doing really well after my surgery. My sciatica pain has gone and leading a normal life with few restrictions now which will go off after few months.

He is so objective, deep, looks a bit tensed in making every effort to be exact and precise (no doubt with the sort of job he does he has trained himself to be that by word and action) and very knowledgeable. Oh what timing man. My mother has fallen some time back and got a compression fracture in her spine. We have been advised spine surgery and are contemplating on options. This video is going to help a lot, will watch it now.
