One of the worst podcasts of this channel. You bring in a renowned spine surgeon and ask/show him WWE related questions and videos. He was answering so beautifully and analytically intially on other topics and then you slowly brought in topics like kundalini, wwe and screwed up the podcast.the podcast lost its essence as you ran out of questions. Cant believe some of the questions you asked.Pls do more homework and study before doing a podcast with a knowledgable individual.

My biggest take away is don't sit for longer hours, stay active, go out for a quick walk. As a professional working on screens all the time it is important to listen to our bodies, Thanks for doing this podcast really enjoyed this one 🔥 I would love you bring someone who specializes in Eye health, as our generation is most of the time using some kind of screens, love to know the pros and cons for this habit, I know it's bad but know it has become our lifestyle.

Thank you Ranveer for introducing Dr.Ram Chaddha 🙏🏻. I’m a medical professional who do neuro monitoring during spine surgeries and amazed to see a surgeon with this kind of intellectual holistic approach towards his work. Totally agree when he said most spine problems are psychosomatic as I see everyday in my patients the connection between their thought process , spine , posture and ultimately body physiology.

This surgeon has not said any extra word/s in a sentence to get his message through. He is so objective, deep, looks a bit tensed in making every effort to be exact and precise (no doubt with the sort of job he does he has trained himself to be that by word and action) and very knowledgeable. No doubt with his years of experience, very wise.

His subject is so vast and so specialized that he has to pick the correct words (from the depth of knowledge of his field) to even relate to laymen like you and me! He's looking excited and alert not at all tense.

At least someone has made a two hour podcast on spinal issues.. he's a cervical and lumbar spine surgeon - super specialist field. But you're asking for a physiologist or physiotherapist. 🙄

@@crypton_8l87 I bet and assume that everybody ain't like you EINSTEIN. that question which I pulled up wasn't just for me. It's for General Public Addressing... and if you find it offensive that's not my problem mate.

Articulation was just brilliant. This conversation will forever be etched in listeners mind not only because of the medical perspectives that were explained in simple words but also for the parallel he drew with spirituality and abstraction of principle or philosophy behind it that he so eloquently put across. Simply brilliant. Thank you doctor and thanks Ranveer.
