Sarang Bhirad first thing is you should do some exercises like going to gym there instade of treadmill use exercises bike here treadmill only burns only 75 kal but exercises bike burns 85 to 90 kal in 10 min then do some pullup and push up you need to also apply some weight training and in food you need to stop taking rice and start taking wheat chapathi with some thing to go with it and 1 glass of skinn milk and if you are non vegetarian you should add chicken breast which is grilled (not fried) ,in lunch you can take 2 chapathi (50g each)or oats with some thing and one glass of skin milk or 240ml of curds and in evening you can take 1 chapathi and one glass of milk make shore your calori in take is less than normal you can use any app or google out the calories and do not take any fruit or sugar you can take vegtables and your workout should be in a empty stomach (morning ) because your need to tap into fat and you need to sleed at least 6 to 7 hours ( and pro tip if you want to eat some unhealthy food some time you take it after your workout ) and 1st month you may not see lot of difference in weight but in 2nd mouth you will see and in my 2nd mouth i had some head ace and body pain so you can take a break of 1 day if any help need you can comment(and you could also spot reduct in your food like in making chapathi if there is some oil you can take a tisu paper and blot the oil)

Try this. For everyday: Clean fitting white or black V-neck shirt, light washed fitting jeans, chealsea light brown boots. Fresh cut, clean shave. White long sleeve three button henely also can be swapt for the T-shirt. For beach occasions, all fitting clothes, clean white pressed oxford, salmon colored shorts, and of course bown shoes. For buisness: Dark Blue/gray suit, light blue colored oxford, deep purple tie, maybe lose the suits sometimes, instead wear a light blue oxford black pants, and as always brown shoes.
