What an incredible songwriting talent Lowell George was. The first time I heard this song was in 1973. I was only 9 years old, but I got it the first time I heard it and Little Feat. Now, 50 years later and it is still one of my favorite songs especially the live version on Waiting for Columbus. Props to The Black Crowes for nailing down the original groove of this classic. How I never seen this! The Crowe’s covering some Little Feat. Two bands that don’t get near the credit they deserve (especially the Crowe’s aka “The Last great true rock’n’roll band”). Come on guys, isn’t time for a tour, just for old times sake...please🙏
